When you purchase an SJ30 from SyberJet Aircraft you are becoming a member of the SyberJet family. SyberJet is committed to providing personalized customer service to meet the needs of our SJ30 family in our service centers as well as on the road wherever you are.

With around the clock support and factory expertise the factory service team is committed to keeping your SJ30 flying—allowing you to concentrate on your business and family.

SyberJet provides customer support including aircraft maintenance, spares, technical services, maintenance tracking programs, pilot training, and technical publication support.

Service Centers

Factory maintained. Factory safe.

SyberJet currently has FAA Part 145 approved repair stations located at the San Antonio International Airport (KSAT) and in Cedar City, Utah (KCDC) and is expanding throughout the continental U.S. We also provide mobile repair teams that travel to the aircraft worldwide for comprehensive support.

Each service center is also part of the Williams authorized service network for the FJ44 jet engines.

International support is provided via authorized factory service centers.

Pilot Training

The highest grade.

SyberJet Aircraft provides flight training in its factory owned pilot school. Utilizing experienced instructors and in-aircraft training, SyberJet provides the safest, most efficient training to our customers.

Factory training provides better and timelier access to engineering, production and customer support personnel with the hands-on knowledge to keep training curriculum up to date, practical, and accurate.

SyberTraks™

Prepared to journey.

SyberTraks™ provides an easy and convenient way for SJ30 operators and owners to track and maintain an airworthy SJ30. Based on owner input, SyberTraks analyzes flight hours and operations to project aircraft usage for tracking compliance to FAA regulatory and factory-based maintenance schedules.

SyberTraks will be integrated into factory provided tablet applications and interfaced with the SyberVision™ cockpit. [Note: this function will be available only on SyberVision™ equipped aircraft].

SyberTraks helps manage customer aircraft maintenance tasks, reducing overall downtime by optimizing work load, and giving SJ30 customers more time to focus on their business. SyberTraks will allow the SJA factory to better understand fleet operations, thus providing more robust and timely responses to unscheduled maintenance events and improving overall system reliability.

SyberJet provides a comprehensive technical publications library. We are currently developing an electronic-based program system that will be accessible via the internet and mobile devices.

SyberJet delivers every SJ30 with an FAA Approved electronic performance app, QuickPlan™. QuickPlan easily calculates takeoff and landing performance numbers including v-speeds, takeoff and landing distances, climb limits, and etc. for both wet and dry runway conditions as well as perform cruise performance planning.
